The Client Integration Manager is critical to making this happen and will:
Implement customer solutions within agreed timeframes, ensuring revenue targets can be met
Receive exceptional feedback from customers throughout implementation and as part of Post Implementation Review process
Ensure issues are efficiently resolved within agreed timeframes
Build collaborative relationships with colleagues, enabling objectives to be achieved
Manage technical components of projects, with timely handover of implemented solutions to BAU support teams
Manage connectivity, testing and integration components of implementation projects by thoroughly scoping and executing tasks as per customer requirements
Role Location: Sydney or Melbourne or Adelaide
Schedule: Full Time
Role Type: 12 Months Fixed Term
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Completed tertiary qualification in information technology/business field
Experience in ISO 20022 formats & transformation logic, as well as an understanding of connectivity protocols (e.g. SWIFTNet, sFTP, HTTPS, AS2) and data encryption (PGP).
Proven experience working in an external client facing Payments & Cash Management integration role
Demonstrated analytical & stakeholder management skills. The role will expect the candidate to be flexible and adaptable in managing changing work requirements and environments
Extensive knowledge of Transaction Banking products, channels and processes.
Project related qualification (e.g. Certificate IV in Project Management) or experience working in projects would be advantageous
