Your new role
As a Client Payments Coordinator you will be a critical link between the company and its customers and make sure they are being appropriately looked after. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Providing deduction files and invoices to employer payroll/HR teams in accordance with pay cycles.
- Setting up managed leases in the smart leasing system.
- Assisting with employer transitions regarding lease setups and payroll functions.
- Triggering investigations, reconciliations and clearances of employee accounts following pay file receipt and import.
- Managing key relationships with client employer payroll/HR and finance teams.
- Responding to employer queries via phone and email within prescribed
Your skills and experience
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year's administration experience - open to industry
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
