The Challenge:
As a Solutions Consultant for our Adobe Experience Cloud business, focused on Data & Insights, you will be responsible for crafting solutions that help companies meet their most significant business objectives. In this role, you’ll collaborate with and support our Sales organisation, while working closely alongside our wider Technical, Consulting and Customer Success teams.
The ideal candidate will have a blended technical and digital marketing background with a passion for storytelling.
What you'll do:
Provide technical, functional, and subject matter expertise to our customer base
Create and deliver technical product demonstrations and presentations
Help to drive the adoption of Experience Cloud solutions within accounts
Work with Sales Professionals in a consultative approach to identifying and solving business problems
What you need to succeed:
Experience with audience-based marketing. Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience a plus
Ability to discuss data warehousing (including data storage, movement, and security)
Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written) with an ability to listen, assess, and solve problems
Eagerness to seek creative solutions for challenges.
Excellent organisational and time management skills
