To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Client, Planning and Reporting Manager to join our team.
This is a permanent full-time position on a Monday to Friday basis, within our Port Hedland office.

About the opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for responsible for leading a team to deliver reliable, consistent and on time services to clients and employees in the form of end-to-end processes of quoting, mobilisation, scheduling of both people and fleet resources, client reporting, client management, all within contractual and client requirements.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee the coordination and planning of asset hire and associated labour to achieve on time delivery and capability in line with contractual and customer requirements.
- Provide technical support to planning team to ensure appropriate utilisation of assets and resources, and to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Establish and measure key performance indicators to benchmark individual and collective team performance.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to planning team to ensure resources (equipment and personnel) are compliant with legal, site and other requirements.
- Management/oversight of pricing & quoting and achieving margin in line with financial parameters.
- Coordinate and compile operational reports on agreed schedule.
- Coordinate client reporting and presentations as required according to requirements and ad hoc requests.
- Manage Third party labour requirements and relationships to ensure clarity of expectations and service level requirements are met, and appropriate addressing where this is not the case.
- Provide weekly operational updates and short-term and long-term forecast planning to General Manager.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong leader who can role model our Company values
- 3+ years in a similar role within the resourcing or shutdown industry (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible to changing work environments/demands.
- Effective decision-making and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and resolve conflict with client representatives, employees or contractors.
