About this exciting role:
As our Client Relations Manager you will monitor and drive a positive customer, resident and family experience to optimise occupancy and improve occupancy performance of homes in our New South Wales region. A champion of the admissions and sales process, expertly navigates referral opportunities , anticipating demand and customer needs, to build a solid reputation for the homes in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Analysing and reporting upon occupancy and admission trends.
- Proposing, designing and implementing sales strategies required to achieve optimum occupancy
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of e Aged Care Funding for older Australians entering residential aged care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aged industry, including healthcare providers, rehabilitation centres, retirement living and aged care service providers.
- Winning new business to increase the sales funnel
- Stakeholder management to solidify referring channels
The person who will be amazing in this role has:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develops and implements sales strategies to exceed targets
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aged care sector
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Customer focused with a commitment to exceptional service
- Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care admissions and funding process and legislation
- Existing relationships with referrers and other industry stakeholders.
