The Role
We are seeking a highly driven individual to manage our New South Wales Account Management team. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic client base, high customer engagement & satisfaction, growth, compliance and retention.
To be successful in the role you must have distinguished account management experience, preferably in the Transport and Logistics Industry. We are looking for someone with high levels of emotional intelligence, communication and relationship management skills who understands their needs. In a highly competitive industry, leading from the front you will coach and develop your team to see the solution where others may not.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead your team to meet budgetary and client retention targets to grow the NSW Transport divisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Responsible for the hiring, development and leadership of the NSW Account Management team.
- Innovate processes and services to ensure we retain business
- Collaborate with Operations to develop and implement growth strategies to enhance our service offering.
Experience and Attributes
We are engaged in a fast paced and dynamic service industry where a successful Client Relations Manager will relish being able to make a real impact on the business.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Transport and Logistics Industry will be highly regarded
- Experience using and managing a CRM
- A positive, solutions focused attitude, with a growth mindset
- Thrives in a fast paced, high activity environment with a sense of urgency with their work and outcomes
- Degree qualifications in a relevant field will be highly regarded
- Management experience is desired but not essential.
