Role overview
We are recruiting for multiple Client Relationship Consultants to redefine service excellence and ensure our clients and disability service providers receive the services they expect from the leading Plan Manager.
As an experienced service professional each day will bring a new opportunity to provide quality client-centred service and ensure invoices are process in line with service standards, engage with and proactively support disability service providers to present invoices in line with NDIS requirements and work proactively with providers ensuring a single point resolution to client needs.

You are a passionate problem-solver. You recognise that every client is different, which helps you deliver innovative experiences. You are driven to exceed targets and thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. Your ability to multi-task, type and talk simultaneously will assist you to quickly meet our client’s needs. A resilient person with a positive outlook to your work is essential to remain adaptable and flexible as our business continues to grow. To be successful in this role you'll have:
- Relevant experience in a customer service environment
- Previous administrative experience with a high attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and connect with clients to really understand individual needs
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility with rostering and availability
