Trusted Advisor: Be the go-to resource for leaders and team members, offering guidance on all people matters, including industrial relations, policies, and legislation.
Strategic Partner: Collaborate with business client groups to develop and execute high-quality people strategies aligned with their overall objectives.
Legal Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of employment contracts, awards, and enterprise agreements. Confidently advise managers on industrial relations matters.
What you'll need to succeed
Operational Experience: You've worked as an HR Business Partner, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or logistics. You understand the intricacies of people management in dynamic environments.
Big-Picture Focus: You know how to prioritise effectively, keeping the broader organisational goals in mind.
Communication Skills: Your written and verbal communication skills are top-notch. You can convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Autonomy and Attention to Detail: You thrive when working independently, and your attention to detail ensures accuracy in all your endeavours.
