Responsibilities:

• Cultivating Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to foster mutual growth and success.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person and digital channels.
• Project Oversight: Ensure projects meet client needs by monitoring progress, addressing issues, and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Market Engagement: Attend conferences, events, and networking opportunities to promote RTL Trades and solicit new business.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to RTL Trades' marketing and social media efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales and business development, with a knack for building lasting relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive sales through strategic initiatives.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
• A driver's license is required for this role.
