Based in North Adelaide, as our highly valued Client Safety and Quality Unit (CSQU) Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Organisation Document Controller, Senior Quality Manager and Project Team members to ensure the organisation successfully implements the required document changes in preparation for the release of the Strengthened Aged Care Standards and New Aged Care Act scheduled to come into effect on 1 July 2024.
You’ll also make an impact by:
- Loading new, updated and revised policies and procedures in the document management system, ensuring all governance processes have been adhered to
- Actively participating in all project and implementation team meetings, ensuring required work has been completed, and teams are updated on progress.
- Assisting with the preparation of reports for consideration by Project Team and Executive Steering Group and other groups within the organisation as required to ensure relevant stakeholders are aware of key business system changes.
- Identifying and communicating any risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Qualifications in business or project administration or relevant experience
- Experience in undertaking multiple tasks, working to stringent timelines and achieving outcomes
- Demonstrated understanding of document control and governance processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing and formatting policies and procedures
- Computer literacy in a suite of Microsoft products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- A personal commitment to the development of aged care services through best practice and continuous improvement
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one
- A current Drivers Licence
You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of current Aged Care Standards and Aged Care Legislation.
