With our Artwork Manager who also works Front of House going on maternity leave, we are looking for an awesome and vibrant team member to support with administration, our fast paced sales and customer service team, as well as work Front of House greeting our customers!
Role + Candidate Requirements
- Full-time Maternity Cover year contract with the possibility of extension
- Located in our showroom and production facility nestled on the outskirts of the Adelaide CBD
- Experience in an extremely fast paced environment and dealing with multiple stakeholders at once, including customers
- Being able to prioritise multiple projects and tasks while keeping calm under pressure
- Artwork and design skills a massive bonus
Duties & Responsibilities
- Top level customer service, ensuring prompt customer response and order entry
- High level CRM skills, including ensuring data in orders is up to date
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled, from initial order through to delivery
- Support the artwork process with artwork proofing where directed
- General administration tasks to support the office
- Work collaboratively with the State General Manager on key customer accounts including identifying and maximising opportunities
- Work collaboratively with Production to ensure delivery dates are met, and assist where required
- Reactivate latent customers
- Work with stock including ensuring stock is available for customer orders
- Provide creative input into customer's artwork and requirements in consultation with artwork.
- Support marketing activities for lead generation, reactivation and retention
- Everyday office management requirements including taking customer payments, invoicing and receipting
