We are looking for someone to join this fantastic team on a part time basis, 4 days a week.
What will you be doing?
This role supports the Client Service team in delivering client reports and databases on time, accurately and as per client contract. This will include the following job responsibilities;
- Be accountable for the quality of client deliverables (Excel based/online databases and reporting)
- Be responsible for the updating and building of reports (Excel based/online)
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding new requirements or changes to existing deliverables
- Supporting internal teams in maintaining relations with clients, preparing quotes by providing effort required, time estimates or assessing feasibility of requirements
- Provide troubleshooting system support to the client. E.g. investigating atypical or questionable trends seen in client’s databases/reports (historical trends, data attributes, time/measure/produce /market dimensions etc.)
- Accurately assess client’s reporting and database requirements
- Manages own priorities, keeps own calendar updated and works with the Client Service manager to ensure workload commitments and deadlines are met
- Ensures all time spent on client is captured in the WIP/CRM/Companion
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, statistics or similar
- Previous experience working as an analyst in any sector (FMCG desirable)
- Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- High attention to detail
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complex data for the relevant audience
