Role Overview:
As the Customer Service Manager, you will spearhead the orchestration and oversight of our contact center operations, focusing on enhancing customer services and fostering robust customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine policies, programs, and procedures pertaining to customer relations and service offerings.
- Ensure optimal operational performance within the contact center to uphold efficiency and service excellence.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members, actively contributing to recruitment efforts as needed.
- Effectively manage, motivate, and cultivate the skills of customer service staff to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Strategize and implement post-sales services to gauge customer satisfaction, ensure product performance, and continually enhance service standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments, service partners, and customers to identify, address, and exceed customer expectations.
Indicative Skill Level:
Preferred qualifications align with ANZSCO Skill Level 2 and may include an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent. Alternatively, a minimum of three years of relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications, supplemented by on-the-job training as required.
