We are a growing financial planning company offering holistic advice to our clients ranging from wealth creation, debt management, retirement planning and more. We also specialise in advice for current serving members or Veterans of the Australian Defence Force.
We are looking for a Full time Client Service Officer/ Administration Assistant. Preferably the candidate will have some background financial knowledge or education however additional training will be provided.
The successful applicant will work alongside our current staff in creating a seamless experience for our clients. They will also work closely with our administration and paraplanning team to complete day to day tasks as well as providing assistance to Financial advisers where needed.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience is preferred
- A passion for finance and working in the industry is essential
- Time management skills and being able to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Tasks & responsibilities
- Using templates to generate future wealth and debt projections
- Liaising with advisers in relation to financial plans
- Liaising with clients to book in meetings
- Contacting third parties such as super and insurance companies for data collection
- Maintaining office spreadsheets
- Daily office hours are 8:30am - 5pm
