About the Role
This full-time position offers a broad range of responsibilities and is tailored to an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in developing their experience in administration within the accounting and professional services industry. As first point of contact, you will be responsible for:
- Reception duties, operation of switch, voicemail services and mail
- Calendar maintenance for senior staff
- Stationery, amenity and supplier management
- General Client Services and administration duties
- ATO administration and document lodgment
- ASIC compliance
- Client on-boarding and new client engagement
- Client information requests
- Preparation of DocuSign client signing packages and forms
- Corporate filing & scanning
To be considered, you will be committed to fulfilling the role to the highest of your ability and willingness to contribute across all areas of the firm. You will be comfortable wearing many hats, pride yourself on your punctuality and reliability, and your ability to self-motivate is crucial. In addition, you will have:
- Recent customer service experience within a professional services firm is essential
- Demonstrated experience using Xero XPM, Xero, Microsoft Office Suite, ASIC integration software, ATO Portal and DocuSign is essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a desire to be a committed team member
