My client currently seeks an energetic, switched on and professional Client Service Officer. They are a busy Accounting firm based in Spring Hill. This role offers flexibility and would be a permanent Part time arrangement.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:-
- Perform general administration
- Receive and review all client source documents and liaise with clients regarding any missing information and general enquiries.
- Proactively manage client relations and communications with the firm
- Assist Accountants with client work including setting up budgets, tax return files, printing of financial statements, collation, preparation of electronic working papers, rolling forward accounts and entity set up.
- Complete filing tasks and maintain the integrity of the filing system at all times.
- Prepare correspondence for general client distribution including information updates, checklists, newsletters and thank yous etc.
- Track record in time management and the ability to multitask
- Superb communication and written skills
- You will be professional, mature and highly organised
- Have the ability to liaise with a broad range of clientele.
- Be able to work autonomously
- Excellent word and excel skills
- A positive work attitude
