The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding Client Services, handling ASIC compliance and maintaining the efficient functioning of the Business Services & Tax team.
Responsibilities
- Corporate secretarial tasks including managing trust deeds, ATO lodgements, Registrations, and Performing ad-hoc Governance-related tasks.
- ASIC filing and preparation of ASIC forms to maintain correct Company records and keeping on top of annual reviews.
- Lodging forms via the Auditor, Agent & Regulatory Portals and occasionally ASIC Connect & Austrac.
- Assist with month-end billing and reporting.
- Dealing with clients queries on behalf of directors and building strong relationships.
- Review and coordinate compliance documents for client matters.
- Provide ad-hoc technical support to the wider admin and reception team.
Requirements
- At least 12 months similar experience working in an accounting practice (essential).
- Experience using NowInfinity & Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
