Our client is a leading accounting firm located in beautiful offices in the heart of the CBD. They are looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for career growth.

The Opportunity

You will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding Client Services, handling ASIC compliance and maintaining the efficient functioning of the Business Services & Tax team.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate secretarial tasks including managing trust deeds, ATO lodgements, Registrations, and Performing ad-hoc Governance-related tasks.
  • ASIC filing and preparation of ASIC forms to maintain correct Company records and keeping on top of annual reviews.
  • Lodging forms via the Auditor, Agent & Regulatory Portals and occasionally ASIC Connect & Austrac.
  • Assist with month-end billing and reporting.
  • Dealing with clients queries on behalf of directors and building strong relationships.
  • Review and coordinate compliance documents for client matters.
  • Provide ad-hoc technical support to the wider admin and reception team.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months similar experience working in an accounting practice (essential).
  • Experience using NowInfinity & Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
