The Opportunity
Due to recent growth this firm are now looking for an exceptional customer Service Administrator to join their friendly team. This is an amazing opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and administration.
Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include; client liaison, supporting the accountants with administration tasks, assist in onboarding new clients, debtors and much more. The role can grow around you!
About you
- 3 to 5 years of administration experience or 1 year of experience working in a public practice accounting firm
- Strong customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft office suite
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomous as well as in a team
- Work in a close tight knit team
- Work alongside a supportive and approachable manager
- This company encourages personal training and development
