What is the role about? To provide effective administrative support to Unisson’s Client Services leadership teams, whilst implementing administrative systems and processes to ensure ongoing continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate
- Support and perform administrative requirements for the Client Services leadership (Shared Living & Community Services) as directed by the relevant Regional Manager.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Data entry and reporting i.e. generating reports from our client management systems.
- Support with expense management systems.
- Respond to requests from Finance, Property and Fleet i.e. vehicle logs, registrations, maintenance support.
- Support with coordinating training attendance in conjunction with Unisson’s Learning & Development team.
- Managing regional office logistics.
- Provide administrative support for any IT needs as arising.

All staff are required to hold an NSW Driver's License (P2/Full), a First Aid Certificate (or be willing to apply for one), and a current Working with Children's Check (if required).
As we work with vulnerable people, the successful candidate will also be required to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
