The opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and talented Client Services Administrator to join our growing Launceston office.
This opportunity will suit an experienced administrator with outstanding client service ability, team focus and organisational skills. You will provide support to our accountants and advisers, dealing directly with team members and clients, as well as performing ad-hoc administrative functions. You will deliver a broad and diverse range of functions from addressing client needs, to coordinating your team, to managing databases.
Our preference is for full-time hours. We will consider applicants seeking part-time, however, the role requires 5 days/week.

The role
This is a diverse role, based in our Launceston office. Your focus will be on providing exceptional Client Services and administrative support. Supported by an experienced team, you will:
- Work closely with our accountants and advisers to ensure we deliver excellent client service, including responsibility for:
- client communications
- team co-ordination
- database management
- job set-up and work scheduling
- preparing proposals and bills
- preparing, collating, sending and monitoring documents
- attending to corporate secretarial, ABR and ATO requirements for clients
- Communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Build genuine relationships with our clients and become a direct point of contact for client requests and enquiries
- Support the efficient and consistent delivery of services by maintaining an awareness of, and actively contributing to the development of, policies and processes related to your role
- You will be expected to approach your role with a mindset of continuous improvement and facilitate a culture of continuous improvement in your team
- Assist the administration team with various functions to ensure the office runs smoothly, including reception, setting up meetings, processing mail, and other ad-hoc administrative duties

About you
The role will suit someone with administration experience, who shows a true passion for interacting with and assisting clients and team members.
