What are we looking for?

At ORDE, we are looking for a Client Services and Mortgage Discharges Officer who brings a strong passion for customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a timely response to customer and broker enquiries through multiple communication channels.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when engaging with customers, brokers, and solicitors.
  • Handle mortgage discharge matters and security requests efficiently.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframe
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to drive process improvements with the aim to boost overall customer satisfaction.
  • Processing client requests with strict adherence to established procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Accuracy in recording and maintaining client data.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and empathise with our client’s needs and concerns.
  • Ability to think critically
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to adapt to changes and drive process improvements.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

We are Melbourne based and think being in the office all together is important, and we think working from home is too: 3 days in the office (Mon-Tues-Thurs), 2 days home.
