An opportunity has presented itself to join the business as a Client Services Administrator to provide support to both their Advisers and clients. This exciting role will suit a self-starter with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, who is comfortable working as part of a team, independently and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing efficient and broad administration support to the Advisery team.
- Assist the Advisers in the development, preparation and implementation of financial advice and investment proposals in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Assist the Advisers with servicing and maintenance of existing client relationships.
- Organise general outgoing correspondence to clients.
- Provide superior client service that builds strong client relationships by responding quickly and appropriately to client requests.
- Organise and schedule meetings with clients and prepare documentation for meetings.
- Respond to all enquiries and follow up with clients via phone and email.
- Update client files in the CRM system.
- Assisting with the documentation process as required.
- Other ad-hoc administrative responsibilities – mail, scanning, etc.
Key Skills/Background Required:
- Ideally experience within a professional services environment.
- Highly organised and effective time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail.
- An ability to develop and build collaborative relationships with clients.
