With offices located in Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, we have a service offering extending across Australia. This role will be based in our Brisbane CBD office.
We base our advice on what is most important to our clients. This provides the foundation for quality and comprehensive advice that ultimately helps our clients to secure their financial and lifestyle objectives.
Your new role
As the Client Services Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Senior Insurance Advisers and Implementation Manager.
- Assisting with the preparation of SoAs, managing the documentation and ensuring the compliance standards are met.
- Providing excellent client service, handling queries, and building rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Carrying out insurance research, Xplan database entry and insurance quotes and needs analysis and managing any policy lapses.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working in a financial advice firm previously ideally supporting Risk Advisers.
- Financial Planning software knowledge (Xplan) and experience with the preparation of SoAs and RoAs
- You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work well in a team as well as individually.
- You will be well presented, have good verbal and written communication skills and an eye for detail.
