Global Financial Services Firm - Wealth Management - 12 month Temp Contract Full Time - Brisbane CBD Your new company This Client Services Associate position is with a global financial services company that provide wealth management services. Your new role The Client Services Associate works with the financial advice team and is often the first point of contact with clients on a broad array of services related to account servicing, financial plans and investment portfolios. You must be a self-starter with the ability to work across the team and across the firm to respond quickly and accurately to client questions and concerns. The Client Services Associate is an integral member of the financial advice team and is responsible for delivering a consistent, positive client experience to help ensure all commitments are completed and delivered in a timely manner. The Client Services Associate will be tasked with:
Facilitation of all administrative client queries
Client on-boarding, including preparation of account documentation, creation of client record in MSWM systems
Arrange and assist with maintenance of client account and records, in line with current AML/CTF, KYC Regulations
IPO and corporate action allocation management
Preparation of client valuations, asset allocations and reporting as required
Assist in client asset transfers, including cash, both domestically and internationally
Process and monitor stock settlements, including follow up with clients regarding outstanding funds
Prioritise competing adviser requests in a fast-paced environment
Establish and maintain relationships with other internal stakeholders and departments
Participate in department cross-training as required
Participate in process development initiatives to increase efficiencies
Proactively notify client/s and financial advice team of any issues recommending a solution and timeframe
Comply with the ethical standards contained within the Company Code of Conduct
Adhere to Company policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative requirement
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a Client Services Officer capacity within the Financial Services space (Essential)
RG146 qualification required, or ability to study & obtain this when onboarded
