Morgan Consulting are delighted to be partnering with an industry leader to recruit a Client Services Executive.
Reporting into the General Manager, the successful candidate will undertake a varied role that is pivotal to the day-to-day operations of the business. This role offers the opportunity to interact with clients, manage operational tasks, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phones and emails promptly and professionally.
Manage and efficiently address all existing client queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding all services offered.
Maintain the leasing renewal system and assist with preparing reports as needed.
Set up client accounts, process payments, and conduct sales-oriented tours.
Manage general requirements and maintenance needs for the office.
Liaise with internal departments, service providers, and suppliers as required.
Ensure compliance by completing checks on all clients.
Scan client files onto the computer and maintain accurate filing systems.
Manage the client insurance log and send certificates to clients upon receipt.
Adhere to all Work Health and Safety requirements and safe work operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in Client Services, operations coordination, or a related role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Please note this role will require you to work one in three Saturdays (you will be given a day on midweek on these occasions).
