We have teamed up with an amazing top tier accounting firm located in the heart of Sydney CBD. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the team. This is a fast-paced role in which no two days are the same. Your day could consist of
  

• Diary management
• Management of emails and phone screening
• Billing, provisions and expense reconciliation
• Extensive report formatting & typing
• Presentation & tender preparation
• researching specific projects as required to support the team

Client Services Coordinator | Bondi Junction | $80,000 - $90,000 plus superThis is an exciting opportunity for a Client Service Coordinator to join a mid-tier firm accounting firm in the heart of Bondi Junction. This is a fantastic role as some of your main duties include being the first point of contact for clients, diary management, establishing companies, trusts and superannuation funds, ASIC administration, attending to administration tasks for a team of 6 accountants and 1 of our 4 Principals.

This incredible opportunity to join a top tier accounting firm located in the centre of Sydney’s CBD. This amazing firm is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team. Some of the duties and responsibilities include: prioritise and ensure that reports, business papers and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly, maintain diary of SLL and organise travel and other related arrangements as required.
