As the Client Services Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our advisory team and ensuring seamless client service delivery. You will be responsible for implementing advice recommendations, managing client applications, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement advice recommendations for new clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with new clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Manage client applications including rollovers, transfers, and income settings.
- Collaborate with product providers as necessary, escalating issues when required.
- Maintain accurate client records and files to meet compliance standards.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Assist advisers by scheduling meetings and preparing relevant reports.
- Follow up with advisers and clients on outstanding items and action points.
- Support other members of the advice support team with administrative tasks.
- Document and review processes to contribute to team process improvements.
- Provide suggestions for enhancing efficiency and service quality.
Key Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client service management, preferably in financial services.
- Familiarity with financial advice administration processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software; familiarity with XPlan is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
