You will join a dedicated team that manages a portfolio of Heavy Machinery, working directly with a senior broker and supporting them with their day to day administration while be exposed to everything you need to learn to flourish in this expanding industry!
About the role
We are looking for a Client Services officer to support the Heavy Machinery Insurance Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing business opportunities with existing clients
- Handle claims on behalf of clients liaising with Claims and brokers where necessary
- Good Debtor management procedures and process to ensure debtors remain at compliance standards
- Ensure clients are contacted for renewal within the Client Service Standards time frames collaborating with underwriters, insurance agents and brokers
- Maintain outstanding invoiced premiums, extra premiums or return premiums
- Generate new business opportunities with existing and new clients through personal initiatives
- Receive client enquiries by written application, form, by phone and in person
- Assist with all administration and documentation for the branch and head broker
Experience required
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration focused role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communications skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems.
