Summary:

The Client Services Officer will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients
- Manage client accounts, including processing orders, invoicing, and tracking payments
- Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management
- Identify opportunities to improve Client Services and make recommendations to management
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience in the industry is a plus
