Our client is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing accessible and affordable transport services for older individuals, people with disabilities, and those facing transportation challenges in South-East and Inner West Sydney. The team is committed to upholding values, including prioritising clients, leading by example, collaborating with others, and ensuring safety at all times.
Position Overview:
They are currently seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Client Service Team Leader. In this role, you'll lead a team of Client Service staff, fostering relationships with clients and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You'll work closely with the Operations Team and Community Programs Coordinator to facilitate effective service delivery across our organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting clients in accessing transport services
- Implementing client-centered service processes
- Managing client records and transport bookings
- Maintaining relationships with external client groups
- Managing client feedback and complaints
- Overseeing the performance of the Client Service team
- Providing leadership and support to team members
- Ensuring adherence to program requirements
- Certificate IV in Aged Care or similar qualifications
- Experience in delivering Aged Care/NDIS services
- Ability to lead a team in a high-contact environment
- Commitment to workplace diversity and safety
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and databases
