The Role
Your role will be to assist the current Project Manager in the delivery of scheduling and planning large scale infrastructure projects which may be: Government Infrastructure, Data Centres, Office Fit-Outs, Multi-Res Developments & various others. Other key responsibilities include:

• Run entire procurement process for commercial projects
• Preparation of project documentation throughout the course of the project
• Scheduling, forecasting, budgeting, and programme management
• Engaging multiple stakeholders and communicating effectively
• Liaising with Architects, Engineers & Local Government authorities respectively
• Program development, monitoring and ensuring key milestones are met
• Financial cost management
• Design reviews & front end client engagement

The Ideal Applicant

You will possess strong communication skills nad have a great track record in your previous role of delivering projects to a high standard with clear communication to all relevant stakeholders. Key responsibilities in the role are outlined below:

• 4+ years Australian work experience in a project management role
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Experience managing projects with a value of over $5 million
• Hold a qualification in Project management
• Have prior experience in a Construction/Engineering/Design field
• Baseline security cleared or NV1 (Or ability to obtain)
• Genuinely passionate about contributing to a team environment
• Sound understanding of the built environment & all its inputs

You will need to have Australian work experience where you successfully delivered and managed complex projects, that were on-time and on-budget with excellent stakeholder engagement being upheld. To Apply for the role, see below
