About the Role:
As a Client Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' achievements by devising strategies and operational protocols that elevate customer service standards, diminish attrition rates, and magnify returns on investment.
Your responsibilities encompass resolving escalated client concerns, nurturing robust client relationships as a trusted consultant, and surpassing client expectations. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Team Manager, you'll assume a pivotal role within the team, guaranteeing that all team members receive the requisite support, training, and mentorship to fulfil our collective mission and aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurturing end-to-end relationships with allocated escalated clients, driving retention and satisfaction
- Cultivating strategic, trust-based partnerships to consistently maximize the value of our offerings
- Fostering and sustaining strategies for customer success and best practices
- Efficiently liaising with internal and external senior managers to deeply comprehend customer needs, optimise retention and expansion, and disseminate insights
- Employing a consultative and mediatory approach to guide clients through challenges and towards their objectives
- Collaborating, troubleshooting, and strategising with teammates for upcoming client engagements
- Addressing client contentment and escalation matters until resolution
- The central focus of the role revolves around building amazing relationships with your clients
- You will learn strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into effective strategies.
- Gain proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content creation.
- Become an expert in Google Ads, YouTube, and Meta suite.
- Two + years experience in account management and Google Ads Optimisation across multiple campaign types such as Search, Shopping, Display & Pmax
- Exceptional oral and written communication, strategic planning, and project oversight
- A mindset inclined towards analysis and systematic processes
- Ability to excel across multiple departments within a fast-paced setting
- Active collaborator, self-initiator, and adept multitasker capable of swift priority adjustments
- Innate commercial acumen and robust strategic sensibilities
- Superb client service skills with a knack for extending and maintaining client relationships
