As a Client Success Manager at CT, you will be responsible for driving IT solutions and technology adoption that deliver business outcomes within a set portfolio of (Secondary) Education clients you manage who rely on CT as their strategic IT partner.RequirementsHere’s what you’ll be doing:
- Own the contractual growth and resign of CT Agreements across your portfolio.
- Be responsible for cross-selling profitable CT solutions and products within white-space areas of your portfolio, managing sales and growth targets across your portfolio.
- Maintain sales pipeline hygiene, ensuring that your portfolio is accurately reporting progress against sales stages and deal close dates.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor between the client and CT. Build lasting relationships that deliver win-win outcomes for the partnership, ensuring high service and client advocacy.
- Build a knowledge base of your customer's business that can inform IT strategies and roadmaps that deliver their desired business outcomes.
- Play a strategic role in the overall CT Client Experience by working with and supporting Service Delivery and Customer Experience Teams to deliver service outcomes within the ITIL Service Management Framework.
- Lead Account Management and Service Management initiatives to deliver a market leading Net Promoter Score (NPS) across your portfolio.
- Maintain regular proactive account governance and contact across your portfolio.
- Provide internal reporting on client health, pipeline, and contract resign initiatives.
- Support customer escalations and drive service level performance across the Managed Services business.
- 10+ years of experience working with or for IT Managed Service providers in a sales or strategic relationship management role, with a minimum of 5 years working with Education clients.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing opportunities to successful close.
- Understanding of ITIL and the role the framework plays in delivering IT Service Management.
- Knowledge of IT Services, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications and Processes that support businesses in their day-to-day operations.
- Experience in managing projects and virtual teams that deliver business outcomes and IT Solutions for customers.
- Experience with working with and providing solutions from strategic IT Vendors such as HP, Aruba, Fortinet, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto, VMWare and NBN.
