Expand Smart Support is expanding and we are looking for our next superstar administrator to join our team. Expand is a business that’s far from ordinary. We are an outsourcing company that provides virtual administration services for our clients. Flexibility is in our nature; we don’t just say we offer it; we live and breathe it! If you don’t like to commute to work and want to work from home, then this could be the role for you.
The role
This role is within our outbound call team. It consists of making outbound calls and booking appointments. The skills you will need is being awesome on the phone, love connecting and chatting to people and have a high attention to detail to capture the information you gathered on the call. This is not a cold calling or a call center role. This is booking appointments on behalf of some great clients of ours.
Skills
- Awesome phone manner
- Proven ability to build quick rapport with clients
- High attention to detail
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communications
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience working in an administration, client services or similar role for at least 2 years.
- Financial services background preferred
