An Industrial & Commercial manufacturing and distribution company in the field of Jacketing and Insulation, with a strong presence in Australia, South East Asia, Middle East and Europe is looking for a suitable candidate to fulfil the role of Client Support Officer/Sales Administrator to join their Head Office (Perth, Northern Suburbs) team.
The job role entails, but is not limited to the following :
- Managing client inquiries via email, online, phone or in person
- Providing clients with technical assistance on products and services
- Maintaining client records and documenting processes
- Identifying potential client services concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps
- Ability to liaise and coordinate with other internal departments & colleagues on client-related matters
- Ability to keep updated on new developments in the field of client services
- Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes.
- Ensuring a positive and professional client service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and recordkeeping skill
- Directing client complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner.
- Team player
- Being able to handle complex problems while working with customers to ensure all discrepancies are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Assisting in pre-qualification processes and tender processes.
- Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution
