We’re Eat Speak Learn, a clinic that supports kids and their families. Founded in 2014, we’ve earned a reputation for delivering excellent outcomes. Our team operates like a family - we back each other, make things happen, and keep it enjoyable.
The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a special individual to assist our team 20 hours a week. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our clinic’s cleanliness and supporting everyone’s day-to-day tasks. A significant part of your job will be cleaning, but you’ll also be the first friendly face our clients see and a helpful hand to our practitioners.
Your Tasks:
- Cleaning: Mainly, you’ll ensure our clinic is spotless and organised.
- Greeting Clients: You’ll warmly welcome our clients, making them feel at home from the moment they step into the clinic.
- Assisting Practitioners: Lend a hand to our practitioners with various tasks to help their day run smoother.
- Running Errands: Occasionally, you’ll pick up items the clinic needs.
- Answering Phones & Data Entry: Manage calls and enter information into our systems.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 12 pm to 5:30 pm (5 hours each day).
- You’re keen on keeping places tidy and are organised.
- Friendly and welcoming, you enjoy greeting and helping people.
- You’re comfortable using computers and willing to learn new things.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential.
