We are seeking a Full Time Climbing Arborist to share the role, we also use a EWP where access permits, (Easier on the Body).
At Climbing High Tree Service we have AQF Level 3,5 & 8 Arborists doing Pruning/ Removals/ Habitat Creation/ Development Impact Report, Health & Condition and Tree Risk Reports.
We are based in the Northern Suburbs (Bundoora). Our client base is private based (NO POWERLINES), but does include Schools, Real Estate Agencies, Hospitals and Building Contractors. We have a good reputation for quality work at competitive prices.
Must be competent and skilled in Rope and Harness, Rigging, Tree Pruning/Removals in confined spaces and had at least 3 years climbing experience. Must have a certificate 3 in Arboriculture or higher
Offering 38 hour week (80,000- 90,000K + super) with overtime optional
The hours will be 715-330 pm Monday - Friday and meet at factory in Bundoora.
Opportunity to further your skills through report writing and further qualifications if desired.
You must have a good work ethic, like physical work and be fit. You must be be reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work in a team environment. You must have good time management skills and have a good understanding of the Australian Tree Pruning Standards (AS4373-2007). A good understanding of OH&S systems is also required and must be adhered too,
Personal Protective Equipment is provided except boots.
Must have MR Truck License, Working With Children Card and Police Check
Not Essential Traffic Management ticket, First Aid Level 2, White Card.
