From developing online communities to spearheading advocacy campaigns, you'll play a crucial role in promoting housing, fighting homelessness, and championing gender equality.This role works closely with volunteers, there will be a requirement to work outside of office hours with flexible working arrangements.About you

• Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience: in Marketing & Communications/ Public Relations/ Public Policy.
• Passion for Social Justice: Whether you've worked in the charity sector before or are just starting out, if you're committed to making a difference, we want to hear from you.
• Creative Spirit: Have a knack for design? Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud is a big plus!
• Community Builder: Excited about building online communities and working with volunteers? You're in the right place.
• Proactive Go-Getter: We love proactive attitudes—ready to take the lead and drive change.
