We are seeking a highly organised, self-motivated and professional team member who can assist to manage the day to day operations of our audiology clinic.
The successful candidate would be able to demonstrate great customer service, commitment to patient care and a drive and enthusiasm to have the practice working at its optimum.
Previous administrative experience(Medical or non-medical) is essential. You will need to utilise your administration skills in addition to being confident and able to hit the ground running in our thriving practice.
Excellent presentation, attention to details and communication skills are vital.
The role would be based at our Rowville practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to manage the daily operations of the clinic
- Supporting team members
- Roster management
- Staff training and development
- Manage expenses
- Reporting to the Management Team
- All administrative aspects of patient care
- Maintaining the marketing function of the practice under the direction of the Business Manager or Principal audiologist
Essential Skills and Experience:
A prior administrative role.
A genuine desire to provide high quality service to the audiologists, patients and referrers.
A commitment to improving the function and performance of the practice.
Understanding and experience of Microsoft Office Suite.Your IT skills would be used in a timely and efficient way with regards to the practice correspondence and to maintain accurate electronic patient records and accounts.
Excellent organisation and time management skills with a can do attitude.
Ability to prioritise and multi-task as is needed in the practice environment.
Desirable skills and experience:
Previous experience in an audiology practice or a medical clinic.
Hours:
8.45 am to 5.15 pm (8 Hours) or negotiable hours.
Salary:
$63K plus super and incentives(for Full Time) - Negotiable
