SalarySensational Kids are on the lookout for an experienced, talented, thoughtful and bright Clinic Administrator for our Kensington clinic. We are very careful with who we select to be part of our team, as our team is pretty special.
Sensational Kids is a fun & passionate team consisting of therapists, therapy assistants & operation staff. With approx. 50 team members working across two sites, Sensational Kids is a busy and interesting place to work. We are dedicated to offering high quality supports, hold strong values of integrity, learning, fun, professionalism and innovation.
As a member of our admin team you will be responsible for making & answering calls in a courteous & professional manner, completing client intakes and addressing enquiries from new and existing clients, greeting clients in clinic, scheduling appointments, client billing and other general administrative duties.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential (Allied Health or medical reception, medical administration)

o This is a permanent part time position working Thursdays & Fridays (8 hours per day)
o Sensational Kids Kensington is within close proximity to public transport - we are located right in the middle of Macaulay & Kensington train stations, 2 different train lines!
o We will provide the successful candidate with comprehensive training, support & on boarding.
o The role is fast paced, diverse and offers a healthy dose of challenge.
o You will be working as part of a collaborative, friendly team.
o Your flexibility to cover additional shifts and/or swap shift during leave periods will be highly regarded.
o You must be eligible to live and work in Australia to apply for this job.
