Responsibilities
- Work with clinic doctors and management team to ensure the successful running of the clinic, providing leadership and advocacy on strategic and operational issues
- Develop and implement initiatives to grow revenue, drive referrer growth and maintain an excellent clinic reputation in the community
- Financial and commercial management of the clinic, including budget management
- Support quality and risk management and promote a culture of compliance and safety
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and promote an organisational culture aligned to I-MED's values
- Display a strong commitment to the development of others and support the implementation of effective performance management processes
Skills and experience
- FRANZCR with at least 3 years experience as a radiologist
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate, engage and lead a team in a matrix environment
- Demonstratable operational and business acumen
- Prior experience in supervising or managing teams is preferred, although candidates that can demonstrate leadership qualities will also be considered
