An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced and enthusiastic Clinic Manager with a strong administrative, business and staff management background to lead our busy assessment clinic.
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- The overall management and administration of the clinic, staff and clients – ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction on a daily basis
- Management of a team of doctors, allied health professionals and administration staff
- Management of key customer accounts
- Administration of budgets and finance management – including invoicing and review of financial reports
- Providing a high level of support and communication to clients and employees
Key Requirements:
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' similar background with proven experience in managing a team of health professionals, the administration of a busy clinic and meeting business KPIs.
Previous experience in a similar industry, with the use of medical software and account management will be viewed favourably.
Tertiary qualifications in Dietetics, Exercise Physiology or health management will be highly regarded.
Desirable:
- Ability to engage, motivate and coach staff to achieve desired business outcomes
- Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word
- A proven commitment to customer service
- Experience in financial management and achieving budgets
- Attention to detail and willingness to perform administration tasks
- A health qualification is regarded highly
