Our business is well established and located in Paddington, our head office is in Mooloolaba.
As a result of our passion and strong business strategies the business has experienced significant growth across the last year and will continue expand in the same direction in the years to follow. We currently offer Psychology, Naturopathy and Dietetics across SEQ.
You will be working in our Caloundra and Mooloolaba office, so you must be able to travel to work at both.

THE ROLE
We are seeking an admin superstar and outstanding Practice Manager. Someone who can work in a fast paced admin role but does it with a smile. They know how to prioritise tasks. They are capable of working independently and also in a team, they demonstrate exceptional communication and team/client interaction.
This is role is mostly administration but leans towards management as you will be the sole receptionist within this space, we need someone who treats it like their own, cares for it and our clients, helps us build a brilliant work culture and a healthy business.
We are open to this position being full days work, half day or within school hours.

The essentials:

- Be able to work in a fast-paced administration setting
- You can work efficiently and with strong attention to detail
- You have a friendly and warm personality.
- Willing to show initiative and assist with building clientele
- Be organised and possess good management skills
- Have a confident phone manner as you will be handling a lot of new enquiry calls
- Be comfortable with handling conflict (this could be clients or team)
- Maintain a professional image at all times
- Able to manage multiple programs with ease (CRM's, POS etc)
Ideally:
- Have minimum 1 year experience working in medical, psychology or other allied health reception
- Be savvy with social media as this role may include some marketing assistance
- Confident to visit other businesses to build our brand
- Familiar with medicare payments, work cover and NDIS etc
- Perhaps you are studying to be a psychologist or naturopath?

Must be available 2-3 days per week. Hours will vary depending on experience we currently have between 10-20 hours available and with the view of more hours or permanent employment after the probationary period.
You must be able to attend 3 days paid training in Mooloolaba (hours of that depend on your availability).
