About the Role:
We are in search of an adept and patient-centric Practice Manager, ready to embark on a journey of immediate impact at our esteemed Aspley clinic on a permanent full-time basis.
The Practice Manager serves as the linchpin of the practice team, entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of providing leadership to ensure the seamless delivery of day-to-day administration and operational services. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Practice Manager will:
- Facilitate practice meetings and contribute innovative ideas for operational enhancement.
- Uphold the highest standards of service delivery, ensuring that excellence is woven into every facet of practice operations.
- Implement the Quality Improvement Framework within the practice to drive continuous enhancement.
- Collaborate in the practice accreditation process, ensuring adherence to rigorous standards.
- Furnish comprehensive operational support to the practice team, including reception duties.
- Ensure the practice consistently delivers exceptional service to patients, while maintaining the fluidity of practice operations.
What You Will Bring:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in practice leadership, preferably within a general practice clinic.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of Best Practice software.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Capacity to operate autonomously, exhibiting strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Resilience in high-pressure situations.
- A contagious energy, coupled with an ethos of leading by example.
