About the role
We are seeking to hire a full time Clinic Support Associate to establish strong relationships with targeted Ophthalmology clinics and provide professional support and administrative services to improve outcomes for patients and clinics. The ideal candidate will be professional, confident and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role will be servicing Ophthalmology clinics in Canberra and the south coast region in NSW, whilst also providing remote admin support to the rest of the CSA team in NSW.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clinics
- Appointment management for clinics
- Script management
- Provide clinics with training, administration support, streamline processes
- Establish and maintain excellent communication with clinical staff, patients, doctors and Inservio staff
Skills, experience and requirements include:
- Well-developed customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Proactive, with the ability to solve problems and work independently
- General understanding of clinical environment in a non-hospital setting
- Autonomous worker who demonstrates initiative within the boundaries of their role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Experience in pharmacy, medical or health care industry an advantage, but not essential
