The Role

We are looking for a registered Dentist/Orthodontist to join our growing team in Australia as our Clinical Advisor. This critical role will oversee clinical activities for our customers. As a Clinical Advisor, you are responsible for growing clinical confidence and case submissions across the ClearCorrect product portfolio. In this position, you will support practicing dentists and orthodontists in the resolution of case-specific clinical and technical issues about our proprietary 3D treatment planning software ClearPilot. This role will be part-time position with a 50% workload and will report to the Clinical Excellence Manager ANZ.

Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and quality of the treatment plans, as well as enhancing communication between our team and the customers. By leveraging your clinical knowledge and expertise, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of care and facilitating smooth collaboration within the Treatment Planning Team. You will also be supporting the education programs across ANZ.

Reporting to the Clinical Excellence Manager your key responsibilities will be:

  • Providing clinical support to the private practicing dentist and orthodontist in case evaluation, clinical treatment planning including patient selection.
  • Communicating and demonstrating the clinical benefits of all our products
  • In 3D digital treatment planning, you support providers to make clinical decisions that contribute to the success of orthodontic treatment with ClearCorrect.
  • You will be in contact with dentists and orthodontists to discuss treatment plans.
  • Train country-base colleagues to increase their orthodontic knowledge, and their expertise of ClearCorrect system and the benefits to be communicated to customers.
  • Performs provider support via inbound & outbound contacts (phone or email)
  • Clinical education offerings - live and online:
  • Support the execution of T&E programs.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to represent ClearCorrect.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to increase case utilization and to acquire new providers.
  • Train the ortho sales and service team in ANZ to increase their orthodontic knowledge and their expertise of ClearCorrect system and the benefits to be communicated to customers. To enable them to support providers with patient selection, treatment planning, orthodontic management and troubleshooting clinical roadblocks.
  • Support User Acceptant Tests (UAT) and provide input and feedback, taking the lead to have local ClearCorrect ambassadors participating to UAT, follow-up and collect feedback.
  • Be a part of high-performance team that delivers monthly, quarterly, and annual business results and company goals.
  • Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Holds an AHPRA Dental registration
  • University degree in Dentistry/Orthodontics with at least 2 years of clinical experience
  • Experience in doing Clear Aligner therapy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in using PowerPoint and delivering presentations.
  • In addition, you have excellent teamwork skills and high social competence.
  • Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay focused on priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
