- Report into the Clinical Nurse Manager
- Provide leadership, support and education to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Carers
- Develop genuine and productive relationships with residents and their families to provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations
- Be involved with admissions and participate in case conferences for new and existing residents
- Assist with identifying areas of improvement so Clinical Care is delivered in line with accreditation standards

- Must be an AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Proven track record in a Senior Registered Nurse or Clinical Team Leader role in residential aged care
- A hands on, visible, grounded, nurturing and friendly leader who helps ensure the delivery of person centred care
- Personable with excellent interpersonal skills and able to develop productive relationships with clients’ families
- Calm, resilient, open minded and emotionally intelligent
