Clinical Care Coordinator - Aged Care - Ulverstone 
We're seeking a proactive Clinical Care Coordinator to join a dedicated team in a medium sized  NFP Aged Care Facility in Ulverstone.

About the Role
As a Clinical Care Coordinator in aged care, your role is multifaceted and pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

You'll oversee the clinical aspects of care provision, collaborating closely with nursing and care teams to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration as an RN DIV 1
• Strong Aged Care Background and knowledge of Aged Care standards
• Strong leadership qualities
• Engaging and energetic demeanor
• Current knowledge of Aged Care sector dynamics
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Organized with proficiency in digital platforms
• Career driven and willing to learn
