Clinical Care Coordinator / Care Manager

Redstone have partnered exclusively with a standalone NFP organisation based 2 hours from Hobart/ 2 hour from Launceston in a small community feeling town in TAS. 

Described by the manager as the best structure and ran facility she has worked in, you will work with a fantastic team of staff to run the clinical operations in the home. 

Due to the experience of the manager, this facility are open to training an RN with the right attitude into the role, or adding more experience to the team with a strong Clinical Care Coordinator. (they are just seeking the right fit)

Qualifications/Essential Criteria

• AHPRA registration- DIV 1 
• Experience within an aged care space as either an experienced RN or Care Manager/ NUM / CN 
• Understanding of the accreditation process  
• Knowledge of AN- ACC 
• Ability to build up and support the team 
• Willing to learn/ the right attitude to learn (if stepping up) 
• Current Police Check 
• COVID and flu vaccinations
