Status: Permanent Part Time
Are you a qualified health professional wanting to work in rehabilitation within the community?
Echuca Regional Health has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified health professional to support the team to embed systems, and to manage a caseload of general rehabilitation patients in the community.
The role requires high level organisation skills and the ability to learn and use a number of electronic patient record systems. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care and be skilled in interpersonal communication with diverse populations.
Our team requires someone who has:
- Relevant qualifications
- Proven experience working in a team environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of client centered care
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, with experience using electronic communication platforms such as an electronic medical record or data entry programs
